The turnout at Monday’s Dick’s Den Fundraiser was overwhelming. So many came, that I didn’t even realize I missed seeing some and saying hello, until after the event when I was reading the sign-in cards. As I have said in the past, political campaigns are like an emotional roller coaster ride. You have your good days and bad days. This day was very special and enjoyable. I had a blast and it was clear that everyone else did, too. And getting to share the stage with such outstanding musicians was quite a treat. If we can keep this kind of momentum going and get the word out around to all corners of Columbus, November 5th will be a day to remember.
